Oculomotor Assessment
Individuals who have suffered a concussion/mild traumatic brain injury frequently report symptoms associated with vestibular and/or oculomotor dysfunction like dizziness, nausea, fatigue, brain fog, headache, gait and neurocognitive impairments which are associated with the development of chronic symptoms.
We use video-oculography (VOG) to perform this diagnostic test. The test records and analyzes eye movements using video image technology equipped with infrared cameras mounted in a pair of goggles, precisely tracking the center of each pupil during movements. VOG testing is a non-invasive and easy test to administer, that yields powerful assessments of complex neural networks associated with cognition, behavior (1), and spatial orientation.

QEEG BRIAN MAPPING
Using sensors on the scalp, we can measure and record the electrical impulses happening in your brain to. This allows us to see abnormal brain activity and map where that activity is so we can create a personalized neurofeedback treatment.

Involves exercises that help you manage dizziness and balance issues. They are designed to integrate the brain with the body to improve function, performance, and quality of life.
Designed to rewire viable nervous system connections to transition from built-in reflexes to purposeful and voluntary motor skills improvement.
These gentle rocking and reflex integration movements are designed to stimulate neural pathways and promote learning, emotional balance and ease of movement.
This low-level laser therapy, can induce cell proliferation and enhance stem cell differentiation. This non-invasive laser therapy contributes to pain relief and reduces inflammation and can enhance healing and tissue repair.
Designed to improve reaction times, accuracy and speed of movements. Training utilize visual cues, motor planning, spatial orientation, and balance to improve hand-eye coordination and visual processing.
Assessment of a standing patient's ability to maintain balance as proprioceptive and visual sensory information is reduced or distorted. The tests can also be used to differentiate the contributions of the visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems to a patient's balance.
RPSS provides controlled enhancement of sensory input via the nerves for a wide array of neurological disorders. RPSS has proven to be an effective tool for rehabilitation in patients with conditions such as Stroke, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Concussions and more.
